Mason has been exposed to property management since he was a young child following his father into their rental properties. Determined to acquire a few of his own, Mason has owned a portfolio of rental properties since 2018. He earned his MBA from GGU where he specialized in Data Analysis which he now uses for expert marketing of properties and performing rental analyses to get the most revenue on each property. When Mason isn’t working, he enjoys spending time with his family hiking, skiing, mountain biking, and kayaking.

Ashley Robinson
OWNER
Ashley loves finance and planning, so she pursued a Master’s Degree from ERAU in project management. Today she uses those skills to minimize vacancies, account for all incoming and outgoing financials, perform timely renovations when needed, and ensures all properties are masterfully taken care of. Other than playing in Excel, she enjoys designing rental properties and talking with both tenants and guests. When she is not working, she enjoys mountain biking, skiing, walking her two golden retrievers, and playing with her daughter.
Our real estate portfolio began with a few long-term rentals in Northern California then expanded into short and long-term rentals in Colorado and Tennessee.
Through the process of acquisitions, renovations, & sales we learned many value skills that will benefit every homeowner we have the opportunity to work with.
We started with our first property in 2018 without having to do many repairs other than painting, building shelves, replacing siding, and landscaping.
Our next property required us to learn new skills such as tiling floors, installing toilets, patching drywall, replacing plumbing, and removing popcorn ceiling.
Our third rental property required a lot of the same mixed with electrical upgrades, jackhammering, shower refinishing, installing sprinkler systems, and hiring contractors to do extensive ground moving.
By the time we started work on our fourth rental property, we were ready to take on a full-house flip. Here we learned new skills such as installing LVP flooring, hanging drywall, tiling showers, installing electrical circuits, building walls, operating skid steers, and so much more.
Our fifth rental property needed a face-lift, and we were ready for the job. Here we did a lot of painting, staining, installing shelves, replacing doors, building gazebos, and coordinating with contractors for landscaping work.
Our sixth rental property was the largest task of them all. We did our standard renovation work, but we also did a lot of paperwork with the county. We not only converted the property from a single-family residence to a triplex, but we changed the use of the property from residential to a boarding house. This required us to learn new skills such as interpreting land use code, IBC firewall standards, commercial access permits, and a lot of patience.
We threw ourselves a curveball with our seventh rental property. It was fully renovated with tenants in place. This now allows us the time to focus on optimizing our current portfolio while adding more STRs under our management. We will treat your rental property with the same care and attention we show ours.
